Coalition Forces Conduct Targeted Operation Against Houthi Military Infrastructure
The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen has executed a precise military operation aimed at neutralizing Houthi-controlled threats in response to persistent attacks against Saudi Arabian territory, citizens, and civilian infrastructure.
Brigadier General Turki Al-Malki, the official spokesperson for the Coalition, stated that the operation was a necessary exercise of the right to self-defense. The military action targeted hostile capabilities frequently deployed by the Houthi militia, including ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles used to threaten civilian populations.
According to the Coalition, the mission achieved its strategic objectives with high precision. The strikes resulted in the destruction of five tunnels utilized for ballistic missile storage, four launch platforms, and a significant weapons depot. Furthermore, the operation successfully disrupted critical logistical supply lines and targeted military fortifications and personnel concentrations along the front lines within Yemeni territory.
Brigadier General Al-Malki reaffirmed the Coalition’s commitment to implementing robust deterrent measures against the militia. He emphasized that these actions are essential to safeguarding civilians within the Kingdom and protecting innocent populations in Yemen from the ongoing coercive practices and aggression of the Houthi forces.
In his concluding remarks, the spokesperson underscored that all military operations conducted by the Coalition strictly adhere to international humanitarian law and its customary rules. He noted that the forces maintain a rigorous commitment to operational protocols designed to protect civilians and ensure that civilian objects remain shielded from the impacts of the conflict.
