Yemeni Armed Forces Issue Travel Warning for Specific Routes

The official spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Colonel Majid Al-Nuzaili, issued a formal warning on Monday, directing citizens and vehicle operators to avoid several specific roads and transit corridors until further notice.

In an official statement, the spokesperson emphasized that this precautionary measure is intended to ensure the safety of civilians and protect lives from potential hazards. The military leadership reaffirmed that the security and well-being of the public remain a primary priority during ongoing operations.

The restricted routes identified in the advisory include the corridors of Naqil Bin Ghaylan, Fardat Nihm, the Al-Jawf junction, Madghal, and the Hazm Al-Jawf route. Additionally, the warning encompasses the paths connecting Jahana to Sirwah and Marib, as well as the routes spanning Qaniya, Mahliya, Al-Juba, and Marib. The Al-Batina to Hazm Al-Jawf and Arhab to Sufyan to Hazm Al-Jawf corridors are also included in the restriction.

Concluding the statement, the military spokesperson urged all citizens to cooperate fully with these directives. Authorities have called upon the public to adhere strictly to the issued instructions to avoid unnecessary risks while the security situation remains under review.
