National Resistance Repels Houthi Attack in Taiz, Inflicting Losses

The National Resistance successfully repelled a Saturday evening offensive by the Houthi terrorist militia in the Al-Burah axis of Taiz Governorate, inflicting significant human and material losses on the attackers following approximately two hours of intense clashes.

The military media wing of the National Resistance reported monitoring movements by the Houthi terrorist militia, coinciding with their attempts to target military positions of the Fourth Brigade along the lines of contact in the Al-Burah axis. The Resistance confirmed that these movements were met with a firm response.

According to the military media, units from the 43rd Brigade, affiliated with the Fourth Division of the National Resistance, engaged the militia, which is backed by the Iranian regime, for nearly two hours. This engagement resulted in the suppression of their movements, the silencing of their fire sources, and substantial human and material casualties for the Houthi forces.

The source further indicated that the artillery units of the National Resistance played a crucial role in amplifying the militia's losses through concentrated strikes that achieved direct hits.
